Just moved in two months ago and I’m very happy here so far. The move-in process was smooth and the staff has made it a very pleasant transition. I recently had an issue with lost keys, but Sarah from the office was so helpful and genuinely cared enough to assist me. Thank you, Sarah and staff!

Teresa was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. We felt a little unprepared before our phone call about how to transfer units and she not only easier our anxiety around it, but gave us a very detailed answer about the process and what to expect in the few weeks to come. This is why we love living here, great apartments and great people.

This place is scummy, all of the recent reviews are not actually reviews of the complex. Those are all bait reviews that all residents are given when completing maintenance and unknowingly residents' reviews are used on Google to pump up the review score. Do not rent any of the studios you see on the website currently, unless you enjoy smelling weed almost everyday and inconsiderate neighbors. Apartments are shoddily maintained, you better hope you don't run into problems. There's no one on-site. Ants and cockroaches live in the walls and nothing is done to actually remedy the problem. Rent got jacked up even though I always paid on time and didn't cause any trouble. There is also a large stray cat population that they do nothing about. Enjoy your car smelling like cat piss and getting scratched/damaged because the cats will sleep on it and make it their home. In short, this apartment complex just doesn't care about the residents and won't solve any issues you have (see other reviews) and all empty platitudes. It's basically a bait and switch. The rent is also more like $120 extra on top of what you see on the website. Maintenance is good, but that's the bare minimum for any apartment complex. 6/18/25 Response said they tried to contact me. No, they did not. Zero emails or calls. The dishonesty is ridiculous.

All the sockets in the kitchen of my room were broken. The maintenance person， Mr. Javier Vasquez, came to help me deal with it the next day after receiving the task. Although the problem was very complicated and it took two days to solve, he was always very friendly and patiently communicated with me. Finally, the problem was solved satisfactorily. I hope his boss can see my comment and affirm his work.
