I will not recommend or renew my lease..
We lived at Las Palmas for almost 2 years and absolutely loved it! The property has a lot of charm and is tucked away in a quiet and cozy area of Fullerton just close enough to downtown that you are not bothered by busy downtown life. The property is extremely well maintained by both friendly maintenance staff and management staff. There is a real feeling of community living here. Throughout our time at Las Palmas, we lived in two different units, both of which had unique charm that led to the apartments feeling like home. The gym and pool area are a huge plus to this community as they are clean and inviting. We would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in living in the Fullerton Area.
