Poor management, security is so bad , gates alway broken, kids running around keys the truck worth about $76,000 and they don’t even care.. too many rules .. swimming pool alway out of service.. can’t cover your car when they always working and make a lots of dusts .. I will not recommend or renew my lease..

We lived at Las Palmas for almost 2 years and absolutely loved it! The property has a lot of charm and is tucked away in a quiet and cozy area of Fullerton just close enough to downtown that you are not bothered by busy downtown life. The property is extremely well maintained by both friendly maintenance staff and management staff. There is a real feeling of community living here. Throughout our time at Las Palmas, we lived in two different units, both of which had unique charm that led to the apartments feeling like home. The gym and pool area are a huge plus to this community as they are clean and inviting. We would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in living in the Fullerton Area. As usual, Juan A. from the maintenance dept. did a excellent job of restoring my exterior sliding door AND screen door back to new condition. Courteous, timely, no hassle! I've lived here for over 10 years and the management/maintenance staff have never disappointed. Paying rent, requesting service is all done via computer applications. Or can be done in person if one wishes. The grounds, the pool, the gym are all kept up daily and are pleasing to the eye. Service requests are almost always completed by the next day, if not on the day the request is made. In the case of a water leak or other urgent issues the staff will deal with it immediately. There is also a 24 hr emergency number to call if needed. Sometimes I feel like I'm living in a 4 star hotel and I couldn't be happier with the choice I made to make my home at Las Palmas!

We moved to California for the first time 6 months ago and I am so happy that we choose to move into Las Palmas! The staff is very friendly and always so helpful if you have any questions. I was nervous at first about moving to a new state but the staff at Las Palmas made it a breeze! The pool and gym are amazing, as well as the food trucks that are here weekly. The friendly maintenance staff are always quick if something needs fixed. All of the residents are friendly as well. I love that the complex has a Luxor room where packages are held so they are not left outside on doorsteps.

We moved into Las Palmas 6 months ago and we have been very happy living here. Although we have had a few minor maintenance problems needing repair, they have always been fixed promptly and efficiently, so no complaints there. The staff is always helpful with whatever we need and the management team has been very kind in accommodating our requests however they can. The one thing we were worried about when moving in was the issue of parking as there is a limited number of guest parking spots, however, we just make a phone call to the office and they get us a spot for our guests whenever we need it. The gym and beautiful pool are a great plus, too! Overall a great place to live.
