We love living at The Streams! The property is beautiful, the Property Management team is so friendly, and our neighbors are so kind. We didn’t know they had an Apartment Life team but Josh and Katie are one of the best perks about living here. The tenant events are sooo fun and a great way to meet your neighbors! They also dropped off cookies for us when we moved in. We feel so lucky to be living here!

I just recently moved back home to Fullerton, and wanted to live somewhere beautiful. I immediately thought of the streams. The manager Angela is so incredibly kind,very approachable and always has a kind word to say, probably the best apartment manager I ever have come across. If you have something wrong in your apartment it is always fixed within 24hrs. Iam extremely happy here, it's quiet, beautiful and everyone is so nice. I love watching the ducks and squirrels

I recently visited The Streams apartment community and was truly impressed by the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful landscaping. The streams that run throughout the property add a calming, natural feel that sets it apart. The community is well-maintained, and the grounds are a quiet retreat tucked into a great location. I had the opportunity to meet with the property manager, Angela, who was helpful, professional, and welcoming, along with the rest of the friendly staff. I work with Apartment Life, and I love that The Streams has an onsite team that hosts free community events for residents. The units themselves are really nice, with great layouts that feel open and functional. Overall, a wonderful place to call home!

We have lived at The Streams for about 6 months and have loved it. Our apartment has a garage that opens up directly into the kitchen and it just makes life so much easier! We also love that Streams has an Apartment Life team to host events a few times a month for people to get to know their neighbors, plus they almost always have free food!

We really enjoy living at The Streams! We've had great speedy experiences with the maintenance staff when issues come up.We appreciate how thoughtful Whitney, Michael, and the leasing team are.They really make an effort to remember residents and take care of them. We especially love the fun events put on giving us a chance to get to know people. Not to mention the apartment and location is perfect for us as a one car family with what's walking distance.
