Just moved into a one bedroom apartment here and love it so far! Sami was extremely helpful during the tour as well as throughout the application process. She was very responsive and answered any questions we had. Very glad we chose Uptown Fullerton Apartments!

I don’t hate living here but I don’t love it. We paid for an extra parking and we constantly had to have cars towed because they’d be parked in our reserved spot. Doing laundry sucks because you spend a long time waiting for others to take their clothes out. We do get random bugs inside the apartment every so often. One of our neighbors slams the door ALL THE TIME. It’s also not very disability friendly since it’s on a hill and you have stairs or an incline to choose from to get to your apartment. We’ve been here for two years so far.

Beautiful apartment community with quiet neighbors—I feel very safe living here. I’ve been here for almost six months and haven’t experienced any bug-related issues, which is a huge blessing. The pools, jacuzzis, gyms, dog parks, and common areas are always clean, and the maintenance team does a great job keeping the property well maintained and welcoming. I truly have no complaints. The application and move-in process was smooth and easy, and everything has been great since. The leasing agent, Yadira, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my move-in. Since this was my first time doing everything on my own, she took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel completely comfortable. She's very approachable and personable :) I highly recommend Uptown Fullerton! It is extremely pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for me and my family.

Place is great .. but it would be nice if you guys shut up about the laundry etiquette BS … it’s an issue and time after time all you do is nothing but yap about it , meanwhile mailboxes were Brocken into 3 times in the span of a couple Months if I’m not mistaken and not a peep about it but just to let us know we got our shot broken into. Weak management action in regards to those issues.

When we showed up for our viewing we met Yadira and Adrian which both were very welcoming and warming. During our viewing, Yadira took us all around and gave us good insights about the amenities and perks of the apartment complex. This was by far the most homey place we toured. Furthermore, We appreciate the attention and communication they have. Even the leasing process went smoothly as they responded every call for our needs and concerns. Thank you Yadira and Adrian for being kind and providing welcoming energy, that definitely topped off our decision in choosing this place.
