The reason I gave them a four is because the lady Ashley was her name that was working in the office was so great. She didn't even work there all the time but what she didn't know she looked up or called someone who knew. She was professional and super nice. I would rent there if she was there all the time bc you could tell she was a person that fixed whatever was wrong,unlike the lady that works there normally. The apts look nice on the outside, clean and it was very quiet. I'm still deciding if I'm going to apply there.

Mr. White is an awesome maintenance man here at Brooks Creek. Anytime I had an issue he was there the day of or the next day to get it fixed. As for the apartments they are clean and very quiet where I live. The neighbors are friendly and quiet as well!

I wish I could leave 10 stars for the service that I receive anytime I have a maintenance issue and Mr. White is appointed to complete the job! 👍🏾 Not only is he always respectful, but he’s professional and communicates with me clearly regarding whatever is needing fixing.

Mr. Shannon White is an awesome maintenance worker he gets things done quickly and stays on it, very friendly. I told the other maintenance guy Chris to fix my ceiling when they fixed my AC and it’s been months since he told me he was going to fix it and never came by.
