Myrtle Townhomes

Management is totally non helpful and comes off as a total pushover, Security is pretty much non existent they just stay parked in one spot if they are even there and the neighborhood's kids that play outside are beyond disrespectful and rude and allowed to just terrorize the neighborhood while there is no parent in sight,I have no idea who has been leaving these reviews but I ASSURE you they have never visited these townhomes. This neighborhood looks really nice but definitely a form of advertising catfish and in NO way worth the amount of rent they are asking for. Oh! And this is just what I witnessed after just staying there for a couple weeks with a family friend that lives there

I enjoyed living here I have lived in this townhouse for three years they are very understanding and they keep the property very nice meet and clean even for the area they tend to maintain the area a very safe and clean place for the children
