I love it here! The manager Steve is super friendly and takes care of every issue that anyone has. The staff is super efficient and kind. We have like 0 crime activity. Super quiet and relaxed. I recommend this complex!!

I recommend Maryland West apartments to everyone out there single or family or starting a family the Manager Steve runs a very friendly group of employees they are timely manner and efficient on work orders I highly recommend anybody looking for a new place come check out Maryland West apartments.

This place is a damn joke we lived here for a year and it was problem after problem. Roach and mold infected. They would not do our walk through with us when we moved in so I put everything on paper and now they are trying to charge me for damages after I move out. Refused to do a walk through after move out as well. Not to mention when we moved in we had to paint the apartment our self because they did not. And the walls were yellow in the rooms so we painted. Water gets shut off with out notice. Water bill goes up every month. There were 2 of us how they heck was I getting charged 180$ for Water every month. Not to mention they control the ac unit and shut them off when ever the heck they want. The laundry room was nasty as all get out. The maintenance men don't know a damn thing they are doing, and will just come in and sit on youre couch when not home. Have that on video. They were supposed to replace our floors when we moved in. Never did now are trying to charge me for damages. RUN DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE.

We been here several times apartments are great care by Blanca she is very friendly and helpful she knows what she is doing landscaping and parking always clean prices are affordable
