I had such an amazing experience at Las Casitas Apartments! From the very beginning, Alicia, the manager, was incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful. She truly took the time to help me pick out the perfect apartment for my needs. The teamwork between her and the office staff was outstanding. The entire team went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth, stress-free, and easy. You can really tell they care about their residents. I’m so grateful for their help and will definitely be recommending Las Casitas to all my friends and family!

i want to give it a zero but cant. They turn of hot water during the winter season, so many roaches in the apts, electricity gets cut off outta nowhere. I remember this past summer my sister and her kids were here with us and we had a baby in the house. The electricity was going off and then coming back on but it would be for HOURS until it turned back on. It was really wack because the baby was crying, she was really hot and this was all during the summer and we didn't have no electricity to plug in a fan and cool her down.They took away hot water for 2 WEEKS brought it back for a couple of days just to take it away again 🤨?? I feel like they do that stuff to torture people living there and thats 👎🏾👎🏾. Would recommend not living here. i hope one day me and my family can move out because this place is a no no.

I will never recommend any one to move to this property. the pictures you will see inside of the unites it will look good, but when you move in there then you will starts see things that not working right. the most problem i saw at this complex, it was A/C. Their A/C system never worked at all at this apartment complex. I lived there from 2016,2017 and even my cousin was still there till 2022 all his complains was about A/C and turns off water and turns it back on whatever they wanted, or without notice.

all from the past 3 years ac is always broken water always turned off without notice trash everywhere all the time rarley gets picked up managers only took pics to post to the wesite for las casitas right after they cleaned the pools are atrocious filthy people soup its green and gross ughh kids play in the parking lot all day and night they go through cars that are left open they scratch your car sit on them throw stuff at them one ladie recently was car jacked her and her daughter held at gunpoint
