I really like this place ,it is very clean here and Kate is the only manager on all apartments that always walks around keeping an eye on the place ,I think I am going to like it here.....

PLEASE. BE. CAREFUL AND DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! BUG INFESTED! ONLY ONE PARKING SPOT!! KEEPS YOUR DEPOSIT!!! For the first 6 months that we lived at summers point, our aparment was so BUG INFESTED I HAD TO TAPE UP EVERY CREVICE! THE BUGS WERE IN ALL MY FURNITURE AND FALLING ON ME IN BED TO THE POINT WHERE I COULDN'T SLEEP ANYWHERE BUT MY CAR!! We also ended up having to owe this complex around $230 because they do everything in their power to keep your whole deposit! They decided to change their parking policy and NOW only allow one parking spot to an apt! They told me my car had to be parked near Bethany Road or next door in the Fry's parking lot and I would have to walk home...EVEN THOUGH MY APARTMENT WAS IN THE BACK OF THE COMPLEX!! The leasing office honestly does not care about anyone's property or well being at Summers Point. The leasing office "assigned" me to knocking on my neighbors' doors to bother them, or in her words, "contact my neighbors" to ask if they OWN A VEHICLE so I could have a parking space. I was told by one of my neighbors that he doesn't even OWN A CAR and doesn't have a drivers license....so why would he need a parking space and take away mine when there's opened covered spaces in the back? One of my neighbors actually saved me from having to be so inconvenienced and let me have their parking lot. This place is EXTREMELY inconvenient to ANYONE and has never worked with us since DAY ONE. When we had Veronica as our landlord, she let us move in with infested roaches because the pest control guy told me she already knew about it and they were in the process of trying to get rid of them before we moved in! Since I wasn't dealing with my apartment being infested with roaches anymore, I wasn't allowed to have a parking space. I wouldn't even recommend this place to the people I hate because I wouldn't wish it on anyone. The images with this review are of the roach infestation, the tape work maintenance did for our leaking water heater, and the air conditioner cover that ended up falling on my head AFTER maintenance left saying that it was "all good to go" AND my boyfriend putting it back up.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! BUG INFESTED! I LIVED WITH ROACHES FOR THE FIRST 6 MONTHS AND THIS WAS MY FIRST APARTMENT!! ONLY ONE PARKING SPACE OR YOU HAVE TO PARK YOUR CAR ON BETHANY HOME RD!!! THIS PLACE DOES EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE WITHOUT YOUR DEPOSIT!! MAITENANCE IS THE WORSTTTTTTTTT (THEY USE DUCT TAPE TO FIX EVERYTHING)!! PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THE LEASING OFFICE THEY ARE DISGUSTING PEOPLE!

TO MAY WHOM CONCERN: I have this concern about my lease, I received a letter in February terminating my lease contract and i have yo leave at the end of this current month of March. It is no explanation about that. I did complain with manager about the parking space since I am renting 2 bedrooms apartment I was told that i have the right to have 2 vehicles and they giveme only one sticker for 1 vehicle. I also complained about the landry machines not working right and I think is the reason management got upset. I have been renting here for 2 years already and I am always pay my rent. I would love to have a quick response about my lease; because I want to stay here and renew my contract. Sergio.

I will say this apartment process has been great, Martha and other staff have been such a big help with helping me move in fast and easy and making everything super clear for me to understand. The complex is super low-key and quiet. And very clean and well maintained. They handle things with a quick urgency. Moving costs are super cheap and affordable, same as the rent.
