Every other month the water gets shut off for several hours to days with no compensation. Multiple car break-in and cars stolen from parking lot and of course there’s no cameras outside. Utilities is split between the entire building so you’re paying for other people’s usage if you yourself don’t

use them much. Heating and cooling have to be switched for the entire building. There’s plenty of positive aspects of this place but it’s heavy outweighed by the repeated issues. UPDATE: The water shut off issue hasn’t happened in 3 months, it had been repeatedly happening until they fully fixed the main water line.

Leasing office was very accommodating for a January 1st move-in. There were some initial issues in the apartment with the dish washer and fan, but maintenance was quick to resolve.

I’ve lived at Hightower for almost 3 years, Hightower has been friendly, kind, and very supportive. The view from our hallway is stunning. Every single day after my morning walk with my dog, my golden retriever, receives a happy greeting, and a treat. I’ve had a wonderful experience living here.

This place is fraudulent! They list properties with lease lengths for $999 and then you apply and they say those properties have different lease lengths than advertised and then they try to rent you a similar apartment for $400+ more a month. This is called bait and switch and

is not legal! Avoid this place or get the terms in writing before you apply and they take your money.
