Central Pointe

so many things wrong with this place. cant wait to get out of this hell hole. TRUST ME- DO NOT MOVE HERE. Management is horrible and so are the apartments. there are police cars here at least every other week for issues with tenants. not safe. several fires have lit in the apartments- destroying surrounding homes. and a flood from my upstairs neighbors that caused damage in my home that ill most likely have to pay for because maintenance blew me off. and dont forget youll be paying 40-50$ a month for TRASH FEES- its calculated by the amount of trash EVERYONE puts into the dumpsters. so if someone chooses to throw away an entire sofa then just know youll be paying for it! if you see an ad that says rent is 1215 just know youll be paying closer to 1400-1500. i wouldnt even tell my worst enemy to live here. cant wait for my lease to be up so i can get the hell out of this place.

Fantastic Experience with a Great Company! Beautiful apartments with a charming, welcoming atmosphere. Robeij was incredibly kind and easy to work with, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
