Wow. What can I say… Maintenance really knocked it out of the park. Nate & Jerry went above and beyond. They fixed our fan in my bedroom, along with a broken pipe causing a leak, the ceiling light fixture in the kitchen along with addressing our unit not having any hot water. These gentleman deserve a big shout out. If their boss is reading this, try to keep them around. They are the real deal. Hats off to you, gentlemen.
Wow. What can I say? Move in day was HECTIC, but the staff, and Maintenance team held strong, was very helping, and all had smiles. My daughter just moved out to the “sawyer” and we called in for something to be fixed. Jerry and I think his name was Brent??? Came and fixed it for us. We found one more issue “smoke detectors” and they sent a maintenance team member named Nate right away and he took care of us. Nate was apologetic, and talked everything through with us. Same with Jerry/Brent. Ps, we also got Nate to fix a couple other things for us while he was there and he didn’t complain not once. He was very outgoing, energetic and all smiles! ROCKSTAR!!! Overall, those 3 deserve a big round of applause for the service and professionalism they showed us during this hectic day. I know my daughter is in good hands there, especially with those 3 fine young men as part of maintenance.
