I transferred to the area for work and Nichole and her staff made the move in process very easy. The apartments are super cute and updated and I felt right at home for the three years I lived here! 😊 They do a fantastic job maintaining the property and if you ever have a maintenance request it is completed quickly and efficiently. The maintenance guys are on top of their game! Thank you all for making Bennie’s 🐶 and my stay there a great experience. I highly recommend WestRidge Flats, their communication, dedication and professionalism is top tier!

We lived here for 4 years and had a great experience with them. Maintenance was always on top of things and the front desk would answer our questions by email promptly. We did end up getting some of our deposit back, which was something that never happened with previous apartments and we were pleasantly surprised. Only taking off a star due to the drastic increase in rent/utilities while we were there, but I realize this is an economy issue. We ended up moving to a home, so the apartment life was not the issue for us.
