Horrible experience. My lease began in January and ends in July yet I was being asked multiple times to advise the management company of when I would know if I want to extend before I had even been there for 30 days. Considering July is still 5 months away, I’m not sure if I want to extend. Second to that, my biggest concern, is they are using my unit as a showroom, which you do agree to in the lease, but it will be a regular occurrence, do not be optimistic. If you’re fine with strangers and management constantly intruding your personal space, while you’re present or not, being able to see you’re valued items and not having any privacy then I say this is the complex for you! The management company is more concerned about making money and securing another lease term than actually providing a home away from home. If you’re going to pay 1500 dollars a month please go somewhere where your personal space will be secure and you don’t have to worry about people walking in and seeing what valued items are in your home!
