Array La Mesa

Array in La Mesa is a great place to live. The staff is caring and friendly. The amenities are beautiful and well maintained. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. The location is unbeatable; close to everything. Highly recommend!

my wife and i have never previously experienced the quality of staffing that they have at "array" apartments in la mesa. we took a place here because of the quality of the building, the apartment, and because of amenities like the two-story gym and huge pool with cabanas. what we didn't know was how impressive the staff would be. it would be unfair to give anyone a special mention because all of them have been helpful and supportive, whether it be with administrative issues, or when you need something taken care of in your apartment. this place is terrific. rj and cindy

I cannot speak as a resident yet, but the process of applying is very fast and easy. Jensine was wonderful on our tour and made sure my husband and I were well-informed of our options. The amenities all seem well maintained and coming from a place with very hands off management I have high hopes that any concerns would be met swiftly met. It's also fair pricing for luxury apartments located close but not too close to a trolley line. Thank you again Jensine for showing us the property!

Moved in about a month ago! Was nervous when I applied because I saw a lot of the other reviews BUT don’t let that shy you away! I applied and followed up and every time I did everyone was very friendly ! First person I met was Trina she greeted me with a smile and was full of energy ! LEE was amazing and communicated very well with me and I appreciated all of their help! The move in process once I got a approved was fast fast! I enjoy the property and all of the amenities! Love the area since I grew up in this area as well ! Definitely can not complain! Would recommend this property to anyone ! !!!

Jefferson has a lot of harsh sounding reviews right now, so I feel the need to share my experience in case it helps people to not be "scared off". From my initial reaching out to Jefferson to ask about available units, to moving in on the very first opening day of 3/17, I have had an amazing experience with the complex AND the leasing office. Celiene and Lee have been professional, helpful, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to interact with. It is a brand new complex, and despite that they have made every effort to answer questions, provide information, and make our move-in process as easy as possible. I have zero complaints whatsoever when it comes to the leasing office. As for the complex itself, the units are expensive for a reason. Honestly with the current housing market, there are other complexes with comparable pricing that don't come close to Jefferson in terms of what you get. Brand new units with everything being completely modern, prime location a walk away from downtown La Mesa and the 8, amazing complex amenities, and overall it has the feel of a "fancy" complex while still feeling homey and not overly "cold" (this may only make sense to some haha). Couldn't recommend Jefferson more to anyone who can afford it and is on the fence.
