Application process was very easy. I love this quite, peaceful property. The property manager Jocelyn is super helpful and friendly. The property and units are kept very clean! Great property and great management. Pool, laundry, and a gym onsite!

Application process was smooth. Gabriel and Jocelyn were extremely nice and helpful! The property is newly built and good for a single individual or couple. After touring units, the place is very clean (so far.) I move in VERY soon so I will update at a later time. EDIT: 04/14/24: I’m very happy with my move in experience. The team at the leasing office is AMAZING. Thank you to everyone at The Flats! They also have amazing specials occurring for move in. One Month Free Look & Lease.
