This property is unacceptable and completely overpriced for what it offers. Do yourself a favor and find another place, one that’s more affordable and comes with fewer problems. You will not regret it. The list of issues here is endless. There's a persistent ant and flea infestation that management has done nothing to address. Speaking of management, it’s appalling. This place feels like a low-end trailer park, not an upscale community. The neighbors are inconsiderate and disrespectful. Trash is left everywhere, and the common areas are a disgrace, overflowing with litter and dirty laundry. There are stray cats all over the place because tenants are feeding them, yet the property refuses to take any action. The tenants feeding and housing them aren’t charged for the nuisance they’re creating. To make matters worse, skunks and raccoons roam freely, and the stench is unbearable due to the animals. The paint jobs are poorly done, and the exterior lighting is nonexistent, leaving the area pitch dark. Parking is a nightmare. There aren’t nearly enough spaces, and the spots are so tight that getting out of your car without hitting another is nearly impossible. The laundry room is always filthy, and the washers and dryers are almost always broken. The trash bins are consistently overflowing with garbage and abandoned furniture. The landscaping looks horrible. There is dog poop everywhere. They are always shutting the water off for inconvenience. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The attached photos don’t even begin to capture the extent of the issues. I’m counting down the days until my lease is up. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.
