Katherine the property manager has been super helpful and friendly during the move-in. Also, when we found that the garbage disposal wasn’t working, she had the staff come and fix it quickly. It has been an all around good experience so far.

I’m not using my actual account but let me just say this place is disgustingly dirty. The place is also insanely old. Within a few months the roof of my house caved in and every time it would rain there were leaks. For some odd reason my kitchen counter started to PEEL? When I moved in, there was mold in my shower and a leak above my bath tub. The property manager doesn’t seem to do much about complaints, and after talking with other people living here, they agreed as well with similar issues. Only good part was the “roof” I had over my head.

Lived here since 2011 with no problems until I moved out last June 2023. Management is the worst ever, the building is old and the pipes are acting up but seems like the owner does not care and does not want to spend money to at least maintain it in working and living condition. Be aware of Katherine she is not fair or professional, hard to work with.

If i could give ZERO stars i would… no one in the office ever answers the phone! If you send in a request for something to get fixed, it doesn’t happen. There are literally HUNDREDS of dead bees in the hallway and they never clean it up!!! Can’t even step on the ground that’s how bad it is!! Apartments are old and outdated! Laundry room is a joke and half the washers/dryers never work. They don’t care about their tenants. DO BETTER!!! Do not move here please spend a little more and find another place! I am so disgusted with the service!

I had an appointment with Viviana to apply for an apartment that isn’t even listed yet. She called at the appointment time to inform me she leased it to someone else. we had been communicating for a couple weeks and had everything ready to put the deposit down months ahead of the available move in date. Extremely unsatisfied with the professionalism of the management. She claims she didn’t have my number but I had emailed her recently and had my number on there so she could have easily emailed me or found my number on there before I drove out. The complex looks nice and is in a convenient location, but beware of management.
