The manager is not helpful, nor is she friendly, or has people skills. Today, me and my mother went to inquire about a unit. We were lost and were walking through the parking lot. Then, there was a "lady", talking to someone, who was watching us, let us get a bit far and yelled out, - do you need help finding something? Since, we weren't sure if she was addressing us, we walked by and just said thanks. Then, she stated that she was the manager and that since we didn't live there, she wanted to see if she "could help" with a rude tone, to which me and my mother were discouraged from inquiring about the unit. I told her that she was rude and her response was, "shut up", to which I responded with, I can't believe that you manage this place. STAY AWAY FROM THE GRUMPY LADY, SHE IS DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE, AND DISCRIMINATORY. Edit: maybe my review did not align with the so called "polite" manager because she stereotyped me and my mother. We were a little lost around the complex. When we tried to find someone to help us, we were yelled out by the unpleasant professional manager. I also, called the management group: Torrey Pines Property Management, and sent a letter due to the poor treatment that discourages people from applying to live here, so far no response, but the review by the owner praising rude behavior.

I moved here from Texas sight unseen two years ago. The manager, Jacque was helpful from the beginning. She always responded immediately to any question I may have had. Upon moving in any requests for minor maintenance issues were handled within a day of the request. Her communication was detailed, friendly and timely. The complex is quiet, residents are respectful and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Love having an assigned parking spot. I am moving up to Washington state with family and hope my next apartment is as well managed as this one is.

The best place I have lived so far. It's quiet, well maintained, there's a pool and security patrol...People mostly keep to themselves. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is no guest parking but street parking is always available. I haven't had a single issue with the place. The only downside is no pets except for ESA.
