Just stopped in to see about an apartment. I was upfront bout a criminal record and Joe was kind and didn’t make me feel stupid. He care and told me bout the weekly option at another property. I couldn’t rent but this guy took time and treated me so much respect

I would like to thank the management for taking care of my bathroom. It looks fantastic! Thank you very much for taking care of my requests and I am so pleased with it! Thank you Kevin and Joe. Kevin is always great and takes care of all of us. I am so glad Joe is here now.

RUN This is a horrible place to live at. It's infested with roaches all over the place. And on top of it, they illegally Vic people by the dozens monthly. They don't care if you're struggling. If you plan on paying anything back, they put me through 3 back-to-back evictions and tried to hit me with 23 day pair quits that were horribly worded. I don't know who made them sent that through email. They have judges in their pockets that they work. Wit's called advanced management group. The water's constantly getting turned off without advanced notice. I mean, you'll go to use a shower and it's off and you got a message. Sorry, but it's an emergency. How many emergencies are you gonna have? I ended up paying for both of my evictions as I was paying they told me they were going through with the eviction anymore, which in the state of Nevada you can't. This was of course, after the illegal 3 day pair quits, which is also something that's not okay, but they're doing that to people continuously trying to scare them so that they just get out of the house and they take all their stuff and sell it. And then press charges and hope that the people don't know that they can fight it. It costs about $75 each time. You have the reply to an eviction notice. But it's so they're banking on you. Not having money and not being able to reply. And when they do try to work with you and accept checks from you, they will then try to do some underhanded stuff. If you don't show app in court, they'll tell you that they're not gonna go through with the eviction and then go through with it. Thank God I had. Receipts, that I was making payment.S horrible horrible place.Do not go there

I don't know from where to start, the new management closed the pool during the month of august and its still closed, also the water bill has doubled during this new management 71$ for a studio wish is more than what i pay for electricity , (they make us pay for a leak ,the manager emailed me that it was the water district who increased prices but i called them and it was a lie, if the water bill gonna increase its gonna be in January and also they informed me that there is big leak) the apt is infested with roaches (3 types)living under the carpet and inside the wood, 6 times they send the exterminator, with no results(they show up after 2 weeks), the washing machines are disgusting no one cleans them, u cant leave the window open all sorts of creatures come in )also water closure is happening all the time sometimes they don't even tell you, and with a baby its hard, i am really sad, i leaved here for over a year, it was a beautiful residence but not anymore and 2 of the ancient tenant left already and i know others that gonna do the same when the lease is over, am on travel for 23 days and they charge me 61$ for water

I had an amazing experience renting my first apartment in Nevada. The staff was amazing and was extremely helpful. My mother and I moved from Maryland and the property manager Carolina made our move in process as well as signing in to be easy and understanding. She had great attitude. We are very thankful. Highly recommend.
