The Apex Apartments

The WORST place in vegas, now (as of March 9 2022) the apex apartments are issuing 7 day eviction notices without any prior warning. It is my belief that they are going to tear down and/or do some major remodeling and don't want to pay to relocate tenants so they are going the eviction route. They just gave my daughter a 7 day eviction notice with no warning, and she has 3 young children. SHAME ON YOU Apex Apartments!

I never even lived here and yet I have an eviction from them. I called to see what was going on and they want me to fill out a identity theft report, which I will do because clearly someone has my social. What I am confused about is did this person really give my ID, a statement or something with my name on it, verify my employment and all. I don't think so. I asked can I see my information they used so I can see if it's really a case of identity theft or is it just a case of poor management. She said its confidential. Which I don't see how it's confidential because if it is a case if identity theft then I would have all the information that was given to them. Anyways like I told them I will see them in court and make sure Apex Apartments is held accountable for this.
