Service elevator was broken Had to use main lobby elevator and only one of those was working My love took many more trips back and forth than I anticipated. Not good when you and you Mr pregnant partner are downsizing a 3 bedroom alone.

I called for a maintenance issue requiring immediate attention on a Saturday evening. Call was answered right away and a maintenance person was at my door within 10 minutes. Problem was resolved within 30 minutes. I received a followup call letting me know that the problem was resolved and if I had any further issues I was welcome to call again.
