As I was looking for a new place to stay I bump into the avenue 965 and had the wonderful pleasure to meet ARIYAN who happen to be so kind, and helpful showing me all the options I have. Plus he went far and beyond by waving some of the moving costs. You can’t beat that, this property is awesome and will encourage anyone to come and check it out but ask for ARIYAN you will not regret it he nobody come close to her level of service as a leasing agent.

I love this complex. I moved in Aug 2025. I've been here several months so far. The office staff, especially Andres, have been so friendly, professional, and accommodating. Any minor repairs I've had are addressed immediately which is greatly appreciated. I love that I feel safe here. It's quiet and people keep to themselves. I absolutely adore the courtyard and ambiance.

Move-in at Avenue 965 has been smooth and easy. Zakkiyyah from the front office was super helpful and helped us find the perfect studio. The place is clean, a good size for me, my girlfriend, and our pets. No issues so far, laundry is easy to access, the pool is in great shape, and the dog area is well-kept. Quiet, private, and friendly community. Really happy with our new home!

Our move-in at The Avenue965 has truly been a blessing, the process was fast and effortless thanks to our leasing agent, Zakkiyyah. The studios are elegant, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. Suites perfect for young couples, small families, and pet owners. Great experience overall, very relaxing and respectful community experience. We’re definitely looking forward to re-signing our lease in the upcoming year and I highly recommend Avenue965.
