I recently moved into Showboat Park Apartments, and I had a wonderful experience from the very beginning. Vanessa, Ashley, and the office manager were very professional from the first day I visited the property. Vanessa was very patient and took the time to explain every detail of the rental process clearly. She answered all of our questions and made sure we understood each step. Ashley was also extremely helpful during the final stage of the process. She assisted us with receiving our keys and completing all the final paperwork smoothly and efficiently. I would also like to mention the maintenance team — they are very friendly, fast, and helpful. Whenever assistance is needed, they respond quickly and handle everything professionally. Overall, the entire team made our move-in experience easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Showboat Park Apartments to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed community.

This is beyond what I expected am so glad to call this home. The apartment Complex is super Clean the Front desk are so Kind top notch customer service makes you feel at home as they take you for a tour before you even decide and that's what me decide am moving in here..Please Come one come all this is Paradise at Freemont ,the Gym 👌🏽💯 I even cancelled my Gym Membership coz they have everything the pool mmmhmmmh am Glad and Blessed to be here. Do not rent here! 5 years of living here and it has just gotten worse over the years! Can't even count how many different managers have come and gone! They do not enforce their lease agreement so if your someone like me that follows rules but everyone else is inconsiderate and doesn't you won't be happy! Parking and noise is horrible! Spoke with management multiple times and have emails to back it! They just come up with excuses and tell you they are working on it but it does not get better! Newer apartment buildings but doesn't make up for everything else that's wrong with this place!

I moved here 5 weeks ago and am already having issues. I've been experiencing some car troubles and had been carpooling to work the past couple weeks. Still I had listed my car on my lease to be the main car on property. I got a violation and called the office immediately to resolve the issue and explained my circumstance to the office. The girl I talked to said she would keep an eye out for the car and that nothing would be towed unless it went through her. They did not give me a chance to resolve the issue the same day because when I got home my car was gone. Not to mention, it was parked in an uncovered free space and there are several other cars in the area that either don't have stickers or license plates. I thought they were understanding but they don't care about resolving issues, they just want you out of their faces. I'm so upset with how they handled this.

From the moment I contacted Showboat Park Leasing Staff by phone to inquire about leasing information, that very first phone call, I knew I was dealing with a property who genuinely care about their residents & potential residents! I was greeted by Ashley as she instantly made me feel Welcomed by her enthusiasm to go over Floor plans/pricing etc. Her enthusiasm, patience, and knowledge stood out immediately! Ashley carefully went over floor plans, pricing, and every detail of the application process. What really impressed me was how passionate she was about helping me find the right fit—not just trying to fill a unit, but really listening to what I was looking for. A few weeks later, when I was ready to move forward, I called back and spoke with Isabel, since Ashley was out of the office that day. Isabel was just as wonderful—warm, professional, and so willing to help. She quickly picked up where Ashley left off, made notes about the floor plan and pricing I’d discussed earlier, and emailed me everything I needed to continue my application. It was seamless! Shortly after, Ashley reached out to confirm that she’d personally oversee my application, and she meant it! She stayed in touch every step of the way, making sure things moved smoothly. During that time, I also spoke with Vanessa, who was incredibly kind and reassuring, letting me know that the whole team was working together to get everything finalized. Every time I called the office—whether it was Ashley, Isabel, or Vanessa—they treated me like more than just another applicant. They were friendly, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me. The Leasing Staff teamwork was amazing, and I could tell they all take pride in what they do. When Ashley finally called to tell me my application was approved and that I could move in, I could hear how excited she was for me! When I arrived at the property, I was greeted in person by all three ladies—Ashley, Isabel, and Vanessa—with the same warmth and enthusiasm I’d felt over the phone. Ashley even offered me a ride on the golf cart to my new apartment, which honestly says a lot about how much they care about their residents. During the walkthrough, I was so impressed by how beautiful and clean everything was. The property is well-kept, the office has a great vibe, and the amenities truly give off that resort feel! When I stepped into my new apartment, it looked exactly like the pictures online—beautiful, spacious, spotless, and ready for me to call home. Everything Ashley told me during that very first conversation turned out to be 100% true! The service that I received over the phone consistently, all the way through to in-person & move in day was impeccable making applying for a new place hassle, and stress FREE! I know this review may be quite lengthy, but I truly want potential residents to understand the in-depth experience I received which was TOP TIER, and I do not regret my choice by choosing to reside at Showboat Apartments! If you are a prospective tenant looking for a Property to lease with please, please, PLEASE look NO FURTHER! Showboat Apartments delivers with DELIGHT!
