This is a good place to stay green areas are beautiful and the staff is priceless especially Dolores,her coworker in the office and the maintenance guys they always make you feel good.The only thing I dont like from here is there are not gates to have a little bit more protection.

It's an old complex with many maintenance issues. Just get stuck in a 1st floor unit. These are pictures from the sewage getting backed up. Maintenance fixed it but it was hard taking a shower after that. Lots of issues and the front office was really bad at resolving issues

This is a huge and embarrassing complaint about this property. I really don't recommend this place, don't come here. I'm fed up with the lack of authority in this place. They allow people to have parties until the wee hours of the morning, loud music, and drunk people yelling. Thanks to Arcadia Security for their effort in responding to a call, but at the office, they don't care about your reports. No matter how much you talk to them, they let people continue to disrespect the community. Very disappointed with this this place.

We had a wonderful living experience at Sterling Park East. Good and spacious apartments for reasonable rent. Lots of green spaces and trees which is so nice to have in Las Vegas. We only moved due to getting a job in a different state. Will miss here and would look here first if we were looking for an apartment to rent in the case we moved back to Vegas.

I have lived here many years. With time the area around the development has gotten worse. However the place has security and the staff is top of the line. The grounds are kept beautifully. Love it. Will miss this place. So many great memories there w my kids. It was time for a bigger home. From Dolores to Mathew and Robinette and Andrew my time there was more than great!
