This has been a great living experience. After being here for a few years now while finishing school I have been able to have a comfortable living space with fun activities and a caring ongoing staff.

Please stay far away from this place and anything run by Greystar. For the THREE YEARS that I’ve lived here, I’ve had the misfortune of experiencing an embarrassingly large plethora of issues, all completely avoidable if the staff were even remotely willing to help their residents. When I first moved in to my two-bedroom unit, I had an issue with water coming up from between my floorboards, so much so that I would have to wear shoes in the kitchen otherwise my feet would get soaked. After I submitted a maintenance request, the staff put floor fans in my kitchen in an attempt to fix it (which didn’t, because you can’t dry something that’s wet UNDERNEATH the floor). I asked the staff if they could replace the vinyl flooring in an attempt to dry the moisture underneath, to which they replied they could not replace the flooring — this was a lie, because the day I moved in there was literally a box of vinyl flooring next to my door. I also had issues with my shower door closest to my shower head being unmovable, to which the staff told me it was “supposed to be like that”. This was also a lie, considering the other room in my unit had two moving shower doors. After living there for about a year, I left town for two weeks and returned to find all of my kitchen belongings had been moved onto my sink countertop, and all of my belongings that were touching the floor in my room were soaking wet and starting to mold. There was an absolutely horrendous smell of fish and trash. I called and asked them what happened, to which they replied the other room’s washer in my unit had a burst pipe, which flooded my kitchen and bedroom. While I appreciate them moving my kitchen belongings onto the counter, it absolutely blows my mind that none of the staff thought to call me or email me to let me know my stuff had been damaged. I was not compensated for the hundreds of dollars worth of shoes and other belongings that were on my floor, now destroyed. This residency also has the worst neighbors I’ve ever lived with — almost all of them blast music past quiet hours or are doing something else equally obnoxious. I had an issue with my neighbor keeping me up at night, literally screaming on video games until 5am until he fell asleep. I had countless recordings, and a paper trail of police reports and email exchanges with the staff. Their solution was, instead of sending a polite email to my neighbor, to move ME to a different unit for a couple hundred dollars off my rent. I also want to mention that none of the amenities are actually in working condition 90% of the time — the pool and hot tub are only working and maintained during the months of December and May, when new students are looking to tour the property and sign a lease. For literally almost the entirety of 2025 the pool was growing black residue on its floor and there was caution tape surrounding the hot tub. All of the staff (literally teenagers btw) that I’ve interacted with have been snotty and apathetic in person, over the phone, and through email. I had an issue with a neighbor of mine leaving his trash next to my door when I was out of town. I woke up one morning to a hostile and ill-written email by the (former) manager, telling me I was being fined $50 for every infraction that occurred with me leaving trash by my door. The manager also made sure to enunciate it had resulted in “the entire floor smelling horrible”. I told him I had been out of town and he was welcome to look at the cameras to confirm, to which he replied that they don’t even have cameras facing the hallways, they just assumed the trash was mine. Literally ridiculous lol. This conglomerate preys on students seeking convenient living, and I can guarantee after being a long time resident here that this place is anything but that. They also delete their reviews btw.
