I was planning to rent here but its too far from my work. Nonetheless, the manager, arveta, made this such a great experience. She is so welcoming and I wish all property managers were as kind and knowledgeable as her.

So, Arveta was amazing! She helped us find our apartment. She was always available to answer our questions and made the whole process smooth. We highly recommend her!

I toured the apartments, and they were spacious and very nice. The manager was welcoming, informative, and provided excellent customer service. She answered all my questions and made the experience smooth and comfortable.

I moved into today, and the manager was amazing. Arveta made the entire experience from start to finish seamless and fun. She always had a smile on her face, and she was very knowledgeable about the area. Thank you for making finding a new home so enjoyable.

We've enjoyed our stay here, there is a nice sidewalk to walk your dogs and a big parking lot. There are washers and dryers that were always nasty and clothes scattered and looked like it was never cleaned in there. The area to take your dog to poop/pee at was okayish, some people didn't pick up the poos. Pool looked clean we never got in though. And the gates were usually broken (which attracted homeless into the area) didn't feel safe to go out at night unless my husband was there. Overall it was okay it gave me a roof over our head and a pleasant stay. Lived there for 5 years. Sad to move. It was messy sometimes but they'd usually get the trash up asap. The office was closed randomly:( but overall i was safe while staying there and that's what mattered.
