All the comments are true. The alarms, the dog waste, the thin walls providing no privacy. You pay over $2000 for nuisances every single day. Random fees assessed. Some examples of that are COMMON AREA GAS and COMMON AREA ELECTRICITY. Absolutely ridiculous. The place is all about money. Constantly sending rent reminders but never tackling any issues you have. If you live in Building one, you get a nice friend that barks all day and night. A poor lady was literally going back and forth with the dog and I didn't blame her one bit.
I put one star but it shows as 5 stars.

One star is the lowest I can give, and I would give them a zero if there is an option.
Do NOT rent here. I’m serious. This place is beyond infuriating.
The alarm system is an absolute disaster. The fire alarm will randomly explode at 6 IN THE MORNING for absolutely no reason and then just keep blaring for half an hour straight. Half an hour. Your heart is pounding, your nerves are shot, and management just shrugs like it’s normal. It is NOT normal. It is not acceptable. It feels like psychological torture. After the third time, you start dreading going to sleep because you’re waiting for the next attack.
And don’t even get me started on the management. They are unbelievably cheap. They brag about a “free coffee machine,” and then the second the manager leaves, they remove the cups and lids. Who does that? What kind of petty, nickel-and-dime behavior is that? It’s embarrassing. It tells you everything you need to know about how little they respect the people paying them rent every month.
This place will wreck your peace of mind. It will wreck your sleep. It will make you angry in ways you didn’t think an apartment could. If you value your sanity at all, stay away. You’ve been warned.

I’ve been living here for almost two years and absolutely love it. The location is perfect—just 10 minutes from H Mart,Walmart and Aldi. Walking distance to McDonald haha. The gym is clean and well-maintained (they clean it every day), and the whole building feels very safe with full ADT coverage, cameras everywhere, and security doing daily rounds.
The staff are wonderful, especially Candace and Jesse—they really care about the residents and always help solve problems quickly. The maintenance team is also excellent—my requests are usually completed within two days. Overall, it’s a great place to live!—if u want, can put me as referral, then I can have referral rewards. Haha

If you're looking for a place to call home and looking for all of the amenities an apartment complex has to offer. This is the place for you!!! Everyone from the staff is always eager and dedicated to help you fullfill your needs as a tenant and as well as maintaining a clean, safe, and friendly environment on the property.

UPDATE:
It’s been well over a month since my last review, so here’s an update.
-0 alarms went off since my last review
-Place is still trashed, if you disagree, you don’t live in the second building in the back.
-the gym’s polly equipment’s been broken for over a month now.
-lately someone is tampering the elevators
-it shouldn’t take over 2 months to finish the garage parking audit, but it did.
So overall i’d give this place a 1 star review.

Everyone is telling the truth about the alarm system going off at random times of the day and night. I have a senior dog with a heart condition and that has been a huge burden on his health and wellbeing. It seems like it has been occurring less frequently lately tho.
The dogs in the community are totally out of control, always off leash. My dog was bitten by another dog on property.
For cleanliness, i can tell that the new management has taken some action towards improvement, but it is still hardly close to being luxurious.
Inside my own unit is also a headache, because my smart home system stopped working since December and no action has been taken to fix the issue. I miss being able to turn off my lights from my bed. It is part of my rent i’m still currently paying for.
I’ll revisit my review in near future to reflect my most current experience.
