These apartments are bs , I asked multiple times what will get me denied and over and over again the lady told me as long as i make 2x the rent I’ll be good smh. She calls and tell me I was denied because of debt even though I make over 2x the rent so basically they just want your money and lie to you
If you dont ask for a pest sprayer to come once a week.. you're gonna have roaches no matter how clean you are. Your bathtub is gonna be a shit show.. when you move in its going to be peeling.. and once a year they give you an option of fixing your tub or cleaning your carpet.. both suck.. when your 1980s refrigerator, air conditioner, and dishwasher finally give out, please be prepared to deal with the most annoyed maintenance man you've ever experienced.. yeah it's cheap but don't unless you have no other option
