Toilet pump wasn't working. Put in a work order over the weekend and first thing Monday morning My toilet was fixed. In less than 10 minutes! Thank you!

Very nice quiet place if only they would turn back my ice maker. Also bathroom fixtures never got fixed. There were roaches but they've moved out a couple months ago. Haven't seen one in a long time and that was way more important. No crime and I feel very safe here. Nice people.

This has probably been one of the worst places I've ever rented. We moved in quickly, not realizing it would turn out to be such an awful living situation. There were dead roaches everywhere in our sinks, and outside, roaches would almost run up our shoes and legs at night. When I ask the management to address these issues, they only respond by spraying once a week, and nothing truly gets resolved. I've had them come to spray my apartment for four consecutive weeks, but I still have roaches, and I can't seem to get rid of them.
Additionally, I've had mold in my bathtub since December 2024, after I reported it, and I’m extremely frustrated. I had to escalate this issue here because the ladies in the office are incredibly rude. They don’t seem to care about our concerns. During my second report about the mold, they became upset when I called to confirm that my report had been received. I reported it at 7 AM and hadn't heard anything by 2 PM. When I called, they claimed they had no record of my request, despite me having proof of my submission. The only action they’ve taken regarding the mold is to scrape it off and recaulk it, but it keeps returning.
I’m so fed up with this place that I’ve informed them my last day will be July 31. However, they still expect me to pay for the 15 days that in August when I won’t have a single thing in this apartment as of the 31st probably the 28th. They have made it extremely difficult to report issues or even communicate with them. This is likely the worst place I have ever lived, and that’s saying a lot considering my previous experience at The Tides on Cheyenne, which also had its own problems.

with a new management, I was hoping for a total 180. It was a bunch of new upgrades, but since then when I put in a request, I just get a bunch of lip service and now they are increasing the rent a second time without addressing the problems.
-cockroaches and ants. Put in a request multiple times for pest control. But situation is just getting worse. The cockroaches are getting bigger and got into the point where I find them everywhere. Medicine cabinet, dishwasher, in my glasses in my cabinets. Inside my bed. In my bathtub.
The Other night my daughter woke up, I was working out in the living room on my phone and she comes out and says mommy there's a bug in my bed.
-Marijuana and being hotbox in the middle of the night through the vents by my neighbors.
I've talked to the leasing office about this multiple times. Sent in multiple emails. Just been given a bunch of lip service that it's been escalated to the lawyer situation. I was also told that because there's been no other complaints from other people they haven't investigated further. Perhaps it's only one other person in my building. I don't know.
My Mom came to town to visit and she could hardly breathe. She has asthma .She said she can't come back to visit me anymore because of the marijuana..
I'm at the point now where I'm going to get in contact with the renters association. This is almost gone one year and the marijuana situation has not gotten any better.
On the weekly I come home from work and my apartment smells like marijuana. Or I come back into town and the apartment smells Like a dispensary.
-The Bathtub, keeps chipping. Every time they just put a cheap cover of epoxy on top of the previous old cracked cover.
The bathtub is of some kind of coating that doesn't allow me to get it all the way clean. It is permanently stained.
after the change in management, they came by to put another coat on the bathtub. They said they had another crew doing the epoxy finishes now and it would be a better job than the previous crew. I did it, and it cracked.
Yes, it is slightly better as in my feet don't stick to the bottom of the bathtub anymore, but you can see by the picture, it's impossible to get the bathtub clean. I've used all various different cleaning agents.
The bathtub, the bugs, and the marijuana are three things I keep talking to the leasing office about and nothing gets better better.
when they made the upgrades last summer and put in additional cabinets, they covered up the only outlet where I had for my office in the kitchen. They just covered up the outlet and did not move it. So I lost one outlet.
I asked if they could move the outlet to where I still had access to it, perhaps on the backsplash above the cabinet that they put in? They said no.
To really stick the knife in farther more and piss off their tenants, last summer they said that they were giving out trash cans for everybody to put on their patio and free trash pick up. I said I did not want the trashcan. They said well it's up to me because it's complementary. I said no thank you. Then started seeing a $20 charge on my rent because of the trash can. They said they would not remove it.
and now to top it off, this morning I got an email saying that they were going to increase the rent once again.
This is my second year living here and they've increased it twice.
also, I live on a side where the dumpster is. And this has more wind and more trash blown into the bushes around my apartment.
So if you're going to live here, just take my information and make your decision and expect your level of frustration.
