AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
Would not recommend living at The Vue at Traverse Ridge. The biggest issue is the RIDICULOUS rent hike when your lease is up ($1800 -> $2000). It's not transparent and a neighbor was charged a lot less.
They bring you in at one price and then raise it significantly at renewal. It feels like they don’t value long term residents AT ALL.
Managements slow to respond, maintenance takes longer than it should, and parking can be frustrating at night. The walls are also pretty thin, so noise from neighbors is common.
My experience has not been good at all.

Tylynn was awesome. She sat down and walked through the entire application with me and helped fill everything out. Definitely the best experience I’ve had in the filling out applications and getting questions answered. She was amazing.

I enjoyed living at Vue and had a good experience overall — maintenance was responsive and the staff were polite. Unfortunately, my final impression was disappointing. After moving out, I was charged for 3.5 hours of cleaning, even though I paid a professional cleaner $300 to deep clean my small apartment before turning in the keys. She moved appliances, wiped baseboards, fans, blinds, and cabinets inside, outside, and on top. The shower and appliances looked completely brand new — the place was spotless.
There’s absolutely no way anyone reasonably could have spent 3.5 hours cleaning that apartment after the condition it was left in. I reached out to management hoping they’d review the charge before I felt the need to leave a negative review, but my concern wasn’t addressed. Instead, I was told the fee was a “standard” third-party cleaning charge required for sanitation purposes.
I completely understand having a sanitation process between residents — that’s fair and expected. But that process should not reasonably take 3.5 hours for a small, spotless apartment. It feels unfair to be billed that much time for “sanitation” when there was clearly no cleaning required.
It’s frustrating to feel penalized after going above and beyond to leave a place better than I found it. If you’re planning to move out here, just be aware you may be charged for cleaning even if your apartment is in perfect shape

I have never in my life cleaned so deeply before moving out (refrigerator, oven, washing machine, shower, sink, EVERYTHING) I had my walk-through (looked deeply through everything) with Marshall and he straight up told me it “looks awesome.” Weeks later, I get my deposit back and find out they still charged me $75 for TWO HOURS of cleaning??? Are you kidding me? That’s a blatant scam. The place was cleaner than when I moved in. It’s shady, dishonest, and nothing but a money grab. If this is how they treat tenants at the end, I’d seriously warn anyone thinking of renting here. Expect them to invent charges to squeeze more money out of you. Absolutely ridiculous.

I love it here. I love that we know what we are paying for every month and that there’s not stupid add ons that rack up my bill.I love that they don’t play head games with you. It’s a super nice apartment and community that is very safe and well kept. They know us by name including my dog which they are super friendly with. They are very inviting and fun to just go say hi to. When I’ve had maintenance needs they were so quick and the maintenance team are wonderful and excellent and prompt. They also take time to greet my dog when we are out on walks. This place has been transparent and honestly a dream to work with. It’s like they fully understand customer service with a smile that is genuine. It is great knowing what my rent is and all that’s included with it. I am so happy with living here and so grateful for the entire team who work diligently to assure a fun safe place for all of us to call home. Thanks team, this place is a game changer because they just get it! I Would a thousand percent recommend everyone move here.
