Would not recommend living at The Vue at Traverse Ridge. The biggest issue is the RIDICULOUS rent hike when your lease is up ($1800 -> $2000). It's not transparent and a neighbor was charged a lot less.
They bring you in at one price and then raise it significantly at renewal. It feels like they don’t value long term residents AT ALL.
Managements slow to respond, maintenance takes longer than it should, and parking can be frustrating at night. The walls are also pretty thin, so noise from neighbors is common.
My experience has not been good at all.

Tylynn was awesome. She sat down and walked through the entire application with me and helped fill everything out. Definitely the best experience I’ve had in the filling out applications and getting questions answered. She was amazing.

The Vue sits on Mountain View Road in Lehi, close to the city's Silicon Slopes corridor and quick to reach I-15. Utah Valley University in Orem is roughly a 40-minute drive to the south. It puts students on the north end of Utah County with easy freeway access.
