I love living here! have had siblings and friends in the past who also loved it. The previous manager Kurt was phenomenal and the new manager Brittany is doing great! it’s just a great place to live, nice easy walk to campus, and friendly community!

The place was cute and comfortable. It was awesome having my own room and bathroom. However I had to have my own fridge because there was no space in the fridge. I also kept my food in my room because there was no room in the pantry, but that may

have just been my apartment situation and how the roommates had it set up. The utilities were $140.52 for the 3 months I was there so expect to pay a little less than $50 a month in utilities. They took out a $15 maintenance fee and a $15 cleaning fee from my deposit. I am not sure if this is just standard but I left my room cleaner than I found it and I never had any maintenance done. Overall it was a cute apartment and a great location. Kurtis responded to my questions quickly.

The units are very cute and spacious. I love that everyone has their own room and bathroom! Kurtis and Jake are awesome, and they are easy to reach and communicate. Especially, Kurtis, he helped my roommates and I with every step until we were settled in. We love our new
