Horrible management. They were less than zero help when bedbugs crossed into our apartment from one of the neighbors and left my partner and I to fight the infestation alone. Then not only did they not give our security deposit back THEY ACTUALLY CHARGED US ALMOST 200 DOLARS MORE AFTER

WE MOVED OUT. DO NOT LIVE HERE! The rooms are tiny, the building is old, the walls are thin, AND THE MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL AND WILL NEVER GIVE YOU BACK YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.

I was surprised they gave me a decent deposit back. Beyond that they weren’t that great. When I tried to renew my lease they were super rude and unprofessional. They took 3 days to respond. At which point I had signed elsewhere due to a 2nd option. Suddenly they pretended

to be nice and friendly after I said that I wasn’t staying. I was better off not staying though by how much they hiked the rent. The apartments are way outdated and to old to be $1000 a month, as well as being tiny. One lady who worked for them was regularly spying on tenants. I had her confront me one time asking why I didn’t do laundry in the complex? Then she told me how she was seeing multiple people taking laundry to their cars. She seemed really snoopy, that was with the new management. As others have said the old managers were non existent. I only could contact that lady by getting her personal number.

Worst place to live in. The property manager won't reply your texts or calls. There were small bugs always, all over the window. Room is dark and not ventilated. The manager won't return your security deposit. Don't stay here unless you have to. There are far better apartments in Logan

than this for what it costs. One of the most expensive apartment in Logan. Not worth the money.

I lived at this property for almost 2 years. Management was basically non existent until after a year when new management took over. New management was somehow worse than no management. Firstly, a boot was placed on my car because management was never available in the office to give me

a parking sticker on time, and management also never checks their drop box. They refused to take responsibility and left me to pay to have the boot removed. Management also invaded my apartment without notice while I was sleeping and never even apologized for scaring the life out of me. Management refused to renew my lease and attempted to lie to me and bully me in order to force me to move out. They are not friendly people and only care about money.

Only gave us some of the deposit back. I spam texted her and called her MULTIPLE times and she stopped responding (even though she acknowledged that she didn’t give the whole thing back). Don’t live here just because it’s cheap, it was the worst decision me and my husband made

as a newly married couple. The plowing also sucks and when it snows bad, you won’t be able to make it up the hill and you will get stuck multiple times in the ghetto lot. We also got blamed for hard water deposits on the tub faucet (we were there for 4 months total). FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE
