when it should be named most unavailable. They put the blame on students for it being closed when really, they can't seem to maintain it. To their credit, at some points it is due to parts. Nevertheless, during my year of renting, it was closed roughly 70% of the time, most of it during winter. Rent discount? No way! For some reason, they choose not to cover the hot tub, leading to ample foreign debris and constant heating required. Of course, it is hard to cover (would need to be custom) being so big but zero attempt is made even with a simple tarp. All in all, every 2 weeks the thing seems to close, then they fully empty it and refill it. A massive waste of water and resources and a lose-lose situation for the aloof owner. 2. Rooms vary immensely and sometimes come with random extra furniture like another bed. With a confusing room layout, some rooms are tiny privates that share a wall while others pay roughly $100 more in rent and get a bigger bed with a huge room and two sink private bathroom. Personally, my room came with two twin XL beds and two desks with two chairs. I believe this is the deluxe private. Living in the room myself, this made for a super confusing move in. I asked the office what for and they provided a tip that I move my desk in the laundry room. I did that while dismantling the 2nd bed for the year and putting it under. It seems they don't even know why some setups are like this! Maybe for mormon couples. Not to mention, the 2nd bed makes the room vastly smaller and cramped. It's confusing and you may get a room noticeably smaller than your roommates while paying the same. 3. At further look, much of the furniture is nicked and the walls of the apartment complex are shamelessly painted over from prior years. It shows, particularly from some angles and it isn't pretty. Squares of cheap new paint over old due to how incapable the walls are of holding adhesive. It rips right off and can be dented with a fingernail. Towers' management is also notorious for ripping people off of their security deposits with simple tac holes or minor damage that's near impossible to avoid. Lastly, the walls are paper thin. They claim they aren't; they are. You can hear an inside voice conversation behind a closed door from the living room. This is a mostly-college apartment, so this is expected. 4. Zero community. During my stay from May 2024-May 2025, Millennial Towers put on 1 hosted get together for Halloween with a couple dozen attendees. There was another at the beginning of the year, but it was for religious purposes involving wards. Perhaps this appeals to some introverts, however the lack of community was really lame and meant it could be hard to connect with others. All on you at this apartment complex! 5. Etc, etc, etc. Elevators slow as molasses and one broken for periods of time? Check. Study room outlets don't work? Check. Game room super echo-y and lacking any ping pong balls? Check. A piece of gym equipment broken? Check. They. Don't. Care. Pros: 1. The food market area is nice and priced fairly. The food and drink have great selection. 2. The management is nice. They are all early 20s and clearly not super connected to being their best but that is understandable. The maintenance is quick and does a solid job. So does the lock out guy. 3. The building is actually constructed decently, and utilities are included. It's clear the furniture was placed with thought and the kitchen and bathrooms are pretty good. It's all very minimal and modern, just showing age and desperately needing proper repairs. All in all, too pricey for what it's worth and the owner should really put some thought into how this place could be great. Potential is there. Goodluck and hope this honest review helps someone :)

see moreabout 20 minutes up the hill. As a sports fan I love having The Spectrum and Maverik Stadium so close. I can be doing homework and head over to the games quick without worrying about travel time. Having laundry in your room is also a huge perk. Nice two story gym as well, and you can get the machines you want with 0 issues if you go at the right times of day. Time for the drawbacks. There’s definitely a lack of furniture in the hallways where most other student housing would have chairs, tables, TV’s etc.. The Game room is nice and spacious but the equipment is cheap and quickly broken (I bring my own ping-pong paddle and balls for this reason). The hot tub was broken for the majority of the semester with no communication with the residents about it. As a selling point on the website I think this should’ve been a top priority to fix. Price is a bit steep, but there are discounts if you renew for the following school year. Overall I’d recommend living here if you’re willing to pay a bit more than average for a nice modern place to live. If the housing managers can get better equipment for the game room, keep the hot tub working, and fill the empty hallways, I’d rate it a 5 instead of 4.
