Genuinely the worst place i’ve ever lived, seriously do yourself a favor and do not live here. Let me just start with the staff, absolutely the upmost rude AND disrespectful. They will help you with absolutely nothing!! Layla at the front desk is one of the rudest employees i’ve truly ever met. She will speak to you like you are a child and the managers will not care what so ever. They also will never fix what’s broken. So if you have something wrong with your room you better be prepared to deal with it. Don’t even get me started on parking.. How are you going to make not even 50 parking spots in a building with over 200 tenants living there. Are you kidding me. Oh and if you wanna borrow the staff parking (since there is no guest parking) for a few minutes even when nobody is there, they’ll make sure to tow their own tenants so be ready to go to the RUDEST towing company to get your car back. Genuinely the worst ran building and company, they treat us like children as if we aren’t already paying an ABSURD amount to live in this poorly run building.

I am only halfway through my lease in my 4x4, but I am content with my stay here at College View. The added gym, pool, and study rooms make the extra price worth it for me as it is a priority to have those in order to study harder, and stay healthy. The rooms I would describe as comfortable and flexible. The common room area with the kitchen is also a much needed plus as it had met all the needs that a college student may need. Overall very satisfiable but only if you want to pay the slight premium compared to other places. For me, it was worth the extra comfort.

EDIT: Emailed them and of course... no answer. They just comment to look better and more "professional"
If I could give zero stars, I would. College View is a complete disaster and one of the most unprofessional, poorly managed apartment complexes I’ve ever dealt with. From the very beginning, the place wasn’t even finished, no hot water for an entire month (a health and safety violation), missing internet equipment, broken doors, and constant issues that made it obvious the units weren’t ready to live in. The elevators, pool, and hot tub constantly break down, and even the so-called emergency number doesn’t work, it just disconnects when you call.
The staff makes everything worse. Tyson is completely useless as a manager, always “waiting on corporate” and never actually fixing problems. Carlos was flat-out rude, dismissive, and unprofessional in every interaction, more concerned with shifting blame than helping residents as the MAITNANCE MAN. They act like tenants are the problem instead of taking responsibility for a brand-new building that’s already falling apart. Maintenance requests are brushed aside, communication is a joke, and the staff clearly doesn’t care about residents at all.
Utilities are overbilled through shady third-party companies with added fees. The common areas are constantly under repair and the hot tub constantly breaks. For the sky-high rent they charge, you’d expect livable conditions and professional staff, but instead you get incompetence, broken amenities, and employees who treat you with disrespect.
On top of everything else, their billing practices are inconsistent and unfair. I was charged $640 for a broken door, while another resident with the exact same issue was only billed $200. There’s no transparency or standard, just arbitrary charges that feel like they’re making up numbers as they go.
The elevators are constantly out of service, leaving residents waiting or forced to hike up multiple flights of stairs in a brand-new building that should not have these kinds of problems. The mailroom is just as bad, the door only locks half the time, making it easy for packages to be stolen. And when theft happens, management is quick to say it’s not their responsibility, even though the lack of security is clearly on the building.
Avoid this place at all costs. College View is a scam wrapped in slick marketing. Tyson is useless, Carlos is rude, and management is a nightmare. Worst decision I’ve ever made was signing a lease here.

Living here has been a nightmare from day one. The building feels unfinished, with constant malfunctions and nothing ever getting resolved. Basic things like hot water, security gates, and elevators fail regularly, and the pool area is so poorly maintained it’s unusable.
Communication is non-existent. If you try calling, good luck because nobody answers, and the so-called emergency line is worthless. We get left waiting for hours with no updates, no help, and no accountability.
The management team sucks!!! Every request is met with excuses and delays, and you’re left feeling like they simply don’t care.

Teriible apartment for the price... Constant issues of front doors broken, elevators not working, and if you have a parking pass gates wont work. At one point both elevators were down for a few days. Power outtage without being notified by the managment team. Pool and hot tub is never cleaned check the walls and see all the gunk built up. Emergency phone number is not reliable, I was locked out for 4 hours and no response. As someone who need insulin this was a big no no. While managment has no will to help and are very slow to get requests done with you. For a brand new apartment quite a dissapointing experience.
