I got no complaints and would recommend these apartments to anyone and everyone whose looking for a nice, clean, convient, and safe apartment in KTown. They're the best. Shipment get picked up and dropped off to your door by the team if the delivery folks didn't do so already. Garage was safe, no break ins, or homeless walking in. Walls were sound proof and slept like a bird even through construction. Common areas were always clean to use and they had the cleaning kit next to it if your a clean freak. No pest issues. No rodents, bugs or even flies.

The best renting experience I've had. Management was always attentive and prompt; the building itself is kept in great shape with fantastic amenities. Gym has Peleton and NordicTrack, roof has a gas grill. To top it all off, this is the best location imaginable -- the best restaurants all within a couple blocks, with groceries to boot. Thank you Estephany, Danny, and Angel for a fantastic experience.

Best apartment complex I've ever lived in hands down! The building itself is very quiet for being in such a popular and busy area. The location is top-tier as you have a ton of restaurants to choose from, along with H-Mart being down the block for easy access to groceries. Danny, Estephany, and Angel were always super easy to communicate with regarding repairs and always addressed every concern I had. I also have an EV, so having a charger in the parking spot was incredibly convenient and took the headache out of having to charge my car elsewhere! It was such a pleasure living here, I would highly recommend anybody looking for an apartment in the K-town area to check out Kenmore. You won't regret it!

I lived here for 3 years and it was an amazing experience overall. Danny, Estephany, Angel, and the rest of the team have all been wonderful to work with. The building is maintained impeccably, maintenance requests are addressed promptly, and the community really feels like home. The view from the rooftop never gets old either. The only reason I am leaving is because I need a second bedroom, otherwise I probably would’ve been here for another few years at least. I can confidently say this is the best property management team I have experienced, and I cannot recommend the property enough! If you are considering renting here you will not be disappointed.

I have really enjoyed living here over the past 3 years. From move in to move out, and every moment in between, the Kenmore team made my experience a pleasant one with their responsiveness, proactive maintenance of the building, and kindness.
