616 Kenmore

I lived here for 3 years and it was an amazing experience overall. Danny, Estephany, Angel, and the rest of the team have all been wonderful to work with. The building is maintained impeccably, maintenance requests are addressed promptly, and the community really feels like home. The view from the rooftop never gets old either. The only reason I am leaving is because I need a second bedroom, otherwise I probably would’ve been here for another few years at least. I can confidently say this is the best property management team I have experienced, and I cannot recommend the property enough! If you are considering renting here you will not be disappointed.

Best apartment complex I've ever lived in hands down! The building itself is very quiet for being in such a popular and busy area. The location is top-tier as you have a ton of restaurants to choose from, along with H-Mart being down the block for easy access to groceries. Danny, Estephany, and Angel were always super easy to communicate with regarding repairs and always addressed every concern I had. I also have an EV, so having a charger in the parking spot was incredibly convenient and took the headache out of having to charge my car elsewhere! It was such a pleasure living here, I would highly recommend anybody looking for an apartment in the K-town area to check out Kenmore. You won't regret it!

I have nothing but great things to say about 616 Kenmore. I've been living here for the past two years and absolutely love it. The building is always super clean, well-maintained, and professionally managed. The residents are friendly and respectful, which creates a great living environment. Danny, the building manager, is incredibly helpful and always quick to respond—any issues are addressed and resolved right away. Finding a good place to live in LA can be a challenge, but 616 Kenmore has made it easy for me. I'm so glad I found this place and can't recommend it highly enough.

I’ve lived at 616 Kenmore for a while now, and it’s genuinely been one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had. Danny, the landlord, truly goes above and beyond—he’s always responsive, super attentive, and clearly cares about the people who live here. Angel, the maintenance guy, is just as amazing. He’s always on top of any issues and keeps the building spotless and running smoothly. Anytime something needs fixing, he’s there fast and makes sure it’s done right the first time. You can tell both Danny and Angel take real pride in the building and want it to feel like home—and it really does. I’m so glad to live at 616 Kenmore.
