I had a disappointing experience with this building.
The advertised units and prices did not match what was actually available. On a previous visit I came for a 1-bedroom tour and was shown a studio instead. Now the listing advertised a 2-bedroom at a certain price, but after contacting them it turned out to be a 1-bedroom again.
This feels misleading and wastes people’s time, especially when you plan your day around a scheduled tour.
The tour itself also felt rushed and not very welcoming, and communication from the leasing team was mostly not clear answers to direct questions.
I would strongly recommend confirming the exact unit number, price, and availability in writing before visiting.

When I first moved here I had a problem with management but since the new manager been here for the last 4 years I love my apartment! I now have been here for 5years and counting. I wouldn’t want to leave for any other place. The amenities are aesthetically pleasing and enjoyable. It’s clean and the community is nice. The other renters are nice and quiet. Overall a peaceful property. I would recommend a lot of people here but I would rather keep this gem to myself.

Property Mgr. Susie and Security Guard Chris are excellent staff at this apartment building; easily accessible for any issue or inquiry and easy to communicate with. Been living here for almost 2 years and love it. The amenities are great, however, I will say if i’m being picky, it’s not my favorite that they’re all basically underground; but still very cool. The property is always pretty clean and put together and maybe because of the scale of the building, always feels safe as well. I think genuinely the only thing that could make this property better would be offering any sort of guest parking. Would definitely refer friends to live here.

From the moment I toured the Crosby Apartments, through signing the lease, picking up the keys, and finally moving in, the entire process was as seamless and effortless as a morning routine. I've lived here for several years now, and I truly appreciate this place and all its amenities.
Honestly, I've been tempted to move to one of those sleek, all-glass high-rises that keep popping up around town. But after careful consideration, I decided to stay—and here are the main reasons why. I much prefer the spacious open-concept layout here over the narrow, New York-style designs in many newer buildings, where you open your front door and immediately step into the kitchen. There's often no real space for a proper dining table, as the living room blends directly into the kitchen, leaving little room for a dedicated dining or office area.
Maintenance is always on top of things, and management stays proactive with announcements and scheduled upkeep. The building is consistently quiet and clean, and you feel secure with 24-hour security. After a while, you even start recognizing the familiar faces and names at the desk—like Chris—which adds a nice sense of community. Parking is convenient with multiple gates, and having EV charging stations is a great added bonus.

I just moved in to The Crosby a little over a week ago and so far I absolutely love it. I moved from out of state which can be a hassle but, Esther and Ben were amazing and made that process so easy. The property is very clean and absolutely beautiful. The inside of my apartment is equally as beautiful as the rest of the building and has stainless steel LG appliances, tiled bathroom, wood floors and beautiful counter tops, and the view from my balcony is absolutely stunning. The security guard is amazing and so friendly, he had brought me out a moving dolly while I was unpacking my U-haul which was extremely helpful while moving in, helped find one of my packages that was delivered to the wrong door and will always wave or say hi when you are leaving the building. Their amenities are also so cool! The pool is beautiful and located on the roof, which overlooks the city, the gym is HUGE, and they also have a fun karaoke room/game lounge, and an entertainment room with a huge movie theater screen and comfy chairs. The only downfall is that right now I do have to park in an off-site parking structure because the on-site one is full but it is right across the street and the people working that structure are very kind and friendly, so it hasn’t been an issue at all other than being a little inconvenient. I am so happy I chose The Crosby and look forward to living here for a long time!
