I am writing to share my positive experience living at Alina and to express my appreciation for your team. I moved to Alina in early 2025 after searching extensively for a luxury building in a prime location. Coming from a quiet neighborhood in Manhattan Beach, I was initially skeptical about moving to DTLA, but I have been very happy with my decision. The building is consistently clean, the environment is quiet and respectful, and the location perfectly balances the South Park area with central DTLA. I especially want to commend the concierge and the rest of the staff for always being so friendly and professional. I enjoy the community so much that I have decided to upgrade to the building next door, Apex, to stay within the neighborhood. I reached out to the leasing office regarding penthouse availability, and Ty immediately assisted me. He has been wonderful to work with throughout the entire process and approval. I truly appreciate Ty and everyone else at Alina and Apex for making my transition and residency so pleasant.

I just moved in here and I am very pleased with the community and with its team of professionals. Marsha Young, one of the leasing agents, was amazing. She assisted me during the search and with rental process. She suggested the unit that I ended renting, after learning about my needs and what I was looking for. Her assistance was priceless. She is very professional and kind. The porter was very helpful the day of the moving. Thanks to his help, it was a very smooth process. He is polite and always willing to assist.
