This place is such a detriment to life that not even cockroaches survive there and make no mistake, this place is certainly infested with cockroaches. I have been at the Met for half a year and in that time, the the management has more than three times failed to address persistent issues that I’ve been brought to their attention. When I moved in, there was a rail missing from the closet, and I was assured that it would be addressed six months later nothing has changed. There was also an exposed corner to one of the racks in the closet, leaving a sharp protruding edge, six months later still there. The kitchen sink consistently overflows and fails to drain and after the rains in late December there are now several growing water marks on the ceiling. A maintenance person that came to look at and said that those water marks are not an issue because there is no black mold; I don’t understand how they would fail to make the connection that if the water marks are growing that means that there is still moisture behind that drywall, which could certainly mean that there is mold developing in that location. The management is unresponsive and it takes either several days or you as the tenant persistently calling for them to finally return your calls or answer. They don’t know what they’re doing and lack the acumen to manage a property.

I honestly had an amazing tour with Julia. She was so kind, professional, and took the time to show me everything and answer all my questions. The leasing office staff was friendly and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. This property is definitely at the top of my list thanks to their excellent service.
