This is the worse building I ever lived in! disgustingly dirty, noisy, the staff are unprofessional especially Diana who is rude, unprofessional, unethical and had no clue! She lied about the apartment I had rented and didn’t disclose the noise and dust that was right bellow in 2024 due to the construction that was going on 7 days a week, with no rumors toward a disabled, senior tenant, tried to set up meetings with her but she never works so that didn’t happen and the on call staff they bring in that are not part of the company have to deal with her mess constantly!

Moving into a new apartment can be stressful, but I wanted to share a positive experience I had as a new resident here. I ran into an issue with my refrigerator shortly after moving in. Once I contacted the office, maintenance came out, confirmed the issue, and replaced the refrigerator. Throughout the process, Diana and Elisia were very professional, communicative, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciated how thoughtfully everything was handled. Their responsiveness and support made a big difference during move-in, and I’m thankful for the care they showed in resolving the situation.

*I sent multiple emails to management seeking clarification on my final charges, but never received a response. The option to “revisit” the final statement was not available in practice. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I paid every rent and utility bill on time for two full years without a single issue. But the moment I moved out, they suddenly slapped me with an outrageous list of extra charges that were never mentioned before. During the pre–move-out inspection, the staff clearly told me that everything was fine except one small wall hole. Later, they added multiple new fees that were never brought up in person. Whenever I asked for explanations or proper documentation, they ignored my questions and kept sending the same attachments repeatedly with no real answers, no transparency, and no accountability. There is also no dedicated guest parking, so visitors have nowhere to park even for a short moment. It is extremely inconvenient for anyone who has guests. For a resident who paid everything faithfully for two years, being hit with unfair and excessive charges at the end is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place to anyone who wants honesty, fairness, and basic communication.

20 Months at Hallasan Apartment – An Excellent Experience from Start to Finish I lived at Hallasan Apartment for 20 months, and I can confidently say it was one of the smoothest and most pleasant living experiences I’ve had. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that when it came time to downsize, I chose to move into another unit within the same complex. From move-in to move-out, everything was handled with care and professionalism. A huge thank you to Elicia, the leasing agent who helped me throughout my entire time here. She was consistently kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful—whether it was during the initial move-in process, answering questions along the way, or helping with lease-related matters. Elicia made me feel supported the entire time, and her friendly, proactive approach made a big difference in how comfortable I felt living here. When it came time to move out (just today), the process was surprisingly smooth and stress-free, and again, that was thanks to Elicia’s organization and support. She walked me through everything clearly, answered all my questions, and ensured the transition to my new apartment was easy. I’d also like to thank JP, her colleague, who was always friendly and helpful whenever I crossed paths with him. He clearly takes pride in his work and contributed to keeping the building well-maintained and running efficiently. The apartment itself was great—quiet, clean, well-managed, and in a convenient location. It really felt like home for almost two years, and I always felt like I was in good hands. If you're considering moving to Hallasan Apartment, I highly recommend it. Between the solid management and the genuine care from people like Elicia and JP, you're in excellent hands.

Living at Hallasan Apartments has been a wonderful experience! JP made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free—he was extremely helpful and professional every step of the way. The rest of the leasing team is also very friendly and welcoming, which make living here even better. A big shoutout to the maintenance crew (Luis, Oscar, and Fernando)—they are always quick to respond and take care of everything right away. It’s clear they really care about keeping the property in great shape. The building itself has great amenities, and the rooftop pool with its 360° view of Los Angeles is absolutely amazing, nothing beats a gorgeous sight of the sunset. Overall, I’m very happy living here and would highly recommend Hallasan Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to call home!
