My wife and I have lived here for almost 3 years. And it is great urban living and they are very helpful. The maintenance guy Joe is amazing. The security guys are amazing. Also a big shout out to Sonny in the office for always looking out for us. 10/10 recommend to anyone, especially Southwestern law students.
Moved here about 3 months ago, and I would say it's a decent apartment. Pros: Good amenities, good location, closets are huge, management is responsive, packages usually get delivered to your door, and maintenance responds quickly. Mild Cons (Beige flags?): Windows don't have bug nets. If you are sensitive to noise, you can hear people yelling outside and sirens, but personally I don't find it too distracting. You only get one overnight guest parking per week, otherwise they have to pay or find street parking (which can be a hassle to find). Cons: Upon moving in, we discovered that our unit has german roaches!! ): Maintenance requests help to keep them away for a week or so, but they never get rid of them completely and we didn't really like the spray they used (it left an oily residue that made us slip and fall). We started buying our own poison sprays, bait, and traps, and reduced sightings to around 1-2 per week, but they are hard to get rid of completely (': I don't think this is a problem in every unit (according to a friend from the building) so I would just recommend touring the actual unit before moving in, and not just the model unit.
