Wendy at The Hub apartment complex was amazing! She provided an excellent tour of the facility and gave all the information any parent would want to hear before leaving their child behind to start USC. She was warm, accommodating, and patient. Excellent community!

Do not rent from this place. They promise you to sub-lease the apartment and then they charge you an extra 3 months. They keep your deposit no matter what. There are many other apartments around USC. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HUB

Wendy Cole was an amazing leasing associate. She went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my lease and unit. She explained everything very well and was patient in providing information on all aspects of the lease and apartment. Wendy is seriously the best! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect apartment. She even stayed late just to make sure I could see all my options and figure out which room would work best for me. She walked me through every possibility, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. Thanks to her, I found a place I’m actually excited about.
