Shoutout to Robert from maintenance. My fridge shut off for some reason, submitted a maintenance request through the portal in the morning. By the afternoon, it was fixed while I was at work. Fast and responsive, I am very pleased. Overall, living experience has been positive. Can be a little loud if windows open from the various noises downtown, but that just comes with the territory.
Maintenance guys are great! They get the job done, and with efficiency. My only wish would be that it happens when the problem occurs. Besides that, the maintenance staff have been great here.
Jasper is on S Grand Ave in the University Park area just east of USC. It's about a 5-minute drive or 24-minute walk to the University of Southern California, near the shops and restaurants along Figueroa. A close-to-campus pick without sitting directly on it.
