Shoutout to Robert from maintenance. My fridge shut off for some reason, submitted a maintenance request through the portal in the morning. By the afternoon, it was fixed while I was at work. Fast and responsive, I am very pleased. Overall, living experience has been positive. Can be a little loud if windows open from the various noises downtown, but that just comes with the territory.

Maintenance guys are great! They get the job done, and with efficiency. My only wish would be that it happens when the problem occurs. Besides that, the maintenance staff have been great here.

Heads up before moving here, you will not receive your security deposit back. I called and emailed Jasper for 3 weeks and finally had to go into the office. I was there for 9 months and left the place immaculate. Did a walk through with maintenance and every was good. I was charged $425 to paint the whole apartment even though there was NOTHING wrong with the paint. The young lady in the office told me that it was standard and they charge everyone. I'm sure they're not paying someone $425 to paint an apartment that doesn't need it. So, I guess I know where that money is going. There is definitely some shady practices by this management company. If you’re like me and rely on reviews before moving in, save yourself aggravation and just know they will take your deposit. Live elsewhere there are many choices in LA

10/10 living experience! since my move in the staff have been so helpful, they are very attentive to their community and tenants needs. they keep the place tidy and the maintenance team is reliably efficient, completing jobs in a timely manner. the property also brings fun to the living experience by hosting cool community events!
