Ive been living at the Eden since April 2025 and have absolutely loved it. The unit is beautiful and the amenities are spectacular. Everyone on staff is incredibly kind and they're quick to answer maintenance calls. Our night guard is also amazing. I love living here, it's been one of the best buildings I've lived in since moving to LA.
I am a current tenant, and I want to start by saying the building itself is beautiful and well maintained. Darius is extremely helpful and has excellent communication skills. He’s been a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, the property manager has been the complete opposite. He is dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. He is consistently unresponsive to emails and calls regarding general tenant concerns. On one occasion, when I was trying to retrieve a package, he yelled at me to wait and slammed the door in my face, which was completely unacceptable. I understand managing a building is a busy job, but responding to tenants and treating them with basic respect is part of that responsibility. The lack of communication and professionalism has been very disappointing.
The Eden is on S Hill St in downtown LA's Fashion District, near South Park and the shops of Santee Alley. USC is about a 7-minute drive, with Metro rail close by. A downtown option for students who want the shopping and dining district at the doorstep.
