Ive been living at the Eden since April 2025 and have absolutely loved it. The unit is beautiful and the amenities are spectacular. Everyone on staff is incredibly kind and they're quick to answer maintenance calls. Our night guard is also amazing. I love living here, it's been one of the best buildings I've lived in since moving to LA.

I am a current tenant, and I want to start by saying the building itself is beautiful and well maintained. Darius is extremely helpful and has excellent communication skills. He’s been a pleasure to work with.
Unfortunately, the property manager has been the complete opposite. He is dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. He is consistently unresponsive to emails and calls regarding general tenant concerns. On one occasion, when I was trying to retrieve a package, he yelled at me to wait and slammed the door in my face, which was completely unacceptable.
I understand managing a building is a busy job, but responding to tenants and treating them with basic respect is part of that responsibility. The lack of communication and professionalism has been very disappointing.

I’m a resident here and I want to preface this review by saying I had a wonderful experience initially with Ruben who no longer works here as he was promoted to another building. He was super helpful, quick to respond and always had a great attitude. I moved in on October 2025 and had a smooth move in. The week before the end of November, I get a notification in the mail stating that my liability insurance was not on file and that greystar had obtained liability insurance on my behalf. I emailed Ruben and reached out to the leasing office via phone and found out Ruben was promoted and no longer worked there. Darius let me know that the manager was the only one who could have access to my accounting and he’d have to handle this issue himself when he’s in the office on the weekday. I emailed the leasing office and the manager the liability insurance I already had and forwarded to Ruben and asked for him to give me a call back as he was supposed to be going on vacation per Darius in a few days. I followed up daily leaving messages for the manager to give me a call back as it was approaching the 1st to try to catch him before he went on vacation and before my November rent was due but no response or call back. Also there was a day when I caught Ruben in the leasing office as he was covering as it was Darius’ day off and the manager was still on vacation and he showed me himself that the liability insurance I sent him before moving him was indeed on file with greystar but that he did not have access and that Luke would have to assist me. It’s been almost a month now of constantly calling leaving messages for Luke to give me a call back and follow up emails with nothing. Why am I wasting all of my time trying to resolve an issue I did not cause and when I did nothing wrong? I wanted Eden to be my forever home and had a great initial experience but this matter has tarnished that. I’ve attached emails here for reference which doesn’t show the countless calls or messages I’ve left with the leasing staff for Luke to give me a call back. I’m not trying to bash or slander anyone but I’m understandably incredibly frustrated with the time I’ve spent and wasted and just want this taken care of.

I been a resident of the building since early this year. So far the experience has been fantastic! My family and I love going to the gym and swimming in the pool! And it's been so great to meet other residents and let our dogs play in the bark park! Sitting by the fireplace and grilling up food is one of our families favorite activities! And being so close to all LA has to offer getting outside to hike or to get a good meal is so convenient! And the staff here has helped me in everything I have required from leasing making all the applications and agreements as easy as possible, to now maintenance taking care of anything that comes up, quickly and efficiently! And we have the greatest security guard in Los Angeles! When I take my dogs out in the early morning or evening It is so great to see him out and about, it gives me such peace of mind! This is now my 4th place I have lived in Los Angeles since moving here from the east coast. Overall I couldn't be happier!

Moving into The Eden DTLA has been such a great experience for me! Although we ran into a few issues on the day we moved in, our agent Ruben was incredibly patient and always been concerned about people's feelings; and our manager Luke is also very nice and supportive, helping us step by step. The leasing team here is super nice and always willing to help.
The building itself is very new and well-maintained, and compared to many other areas in DTLA, the surroundings feel cleaner and more comfortable, especially at night. The community is also amazing — the residents are friendly, and I’ve already made many great friends here. It truly feels like home. Highly recommend!
