Have enjoyed living at Bahay apartments. Great amenities and very nice units as well. Kept clean and smelling good. Great people running the building as well. No complaints about this place whatsoever. Only great things to say. If you are interested in living here, do it you won't regret it. Tour it. And then lease it haha.

Loved living here! The complex is beautiful and well maintained. I had a beautiful and large 1-bedroom that everyone always complimented. The amenities are great and take care of. Management is very helpful and always so responsive to tenant needs. They know you by name and very welcoming. The maintenance team is also very responsive, professional and nice. If it were not for a job relocation, I would have continued to live at the Bahay. Shannon and Jeff are great and professionals through and through.

I love Bahay so much! I just moved after living here for about two years. Shannon, Jeff and Malcom and the maintenance crew Charlie + Miguel and Claudia! A++++ they each hold such a special part of my heart because they made Bahay feel like a true community and home. The neighborhood is “rough” but if you’ve been living in LA for a while, it’s nothing new. I never had an issue that the Bahay crew didn’t take care of. Any and all my requests were handled in a timely manner. The amenities are amazing! If you’re in the area or looking to move to the area, def check out Bahay!

Love it here. Lived here for 5 years. Management is great. The grounds are well kept and amenities are nice. Friend always love my apartment building. I feel safe within the building. The neighborhood outside is a little ghetto but I feel safe in my little bubble. I probably wouldn't walk around the neighborhood outside. The residents are generally younger couples, singles. Sometimes they host events like a workout challenge, movie nights by the pool, etc. Target with a Starbucks below us which is so convenient, but sometimes there's theft. I try to avoid in the later hours of the evening. There's also been a hot chicken place that hasn't opened up for years. Had issues with our water bill and meter within the last year but it's on the water meter company's fault.

I have lived in this apartment for almost two years, and it has been a wonderful experience. The biggest highlight of this apartment is its amenities. There’s a spacious swimming pool, a jacuzzi, barbecue areas, a clean fitness center, and multiple community rooms. The apartment is cleaned daily, so it’s always clean and safe. Another great feature is the location. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Echo Park, which I absolutely love for walking and relaxing. I highly recommend this apartment!
