I had been living here for years, finally the new maintenance staff cares. I have seen the significant improvement they made to the building this year. Great work guys.The lounge is amazing and perfect for gatherings. Thank you Anna, Isaac and Vincent. Great and very polite staff. Don't believe the fake reviews.

Since ownership transfer 8/2025 building security has been cancelled, housekeeping of public spaces seems to have taken a long break. Forget service calls. Rarely acknowledged or responded to. Access for package deliveries a real crapshoot.

Whole staff is sketchy. I won’t be the only bad review. Lashelle refuses to help give a contact for “new management” so we can get our deposit money back which on the statement they sent us CLEARLY SHOWS they owe us more than a thousand dollars. Don’t lease here. There is roaches and flys EVERYWHERE as well. Also got my car broken into parked on the side because there is a lot of homeless . Had a homeless person hit my back car light and break it while I was parked next to the building. This place is overall terrible. Don’t waste your time here

Roaches everywhere, they treat for them all the time apparently but the problem has never been fixed. People let their dogs piss all over the courtyard, my floor has had a hole in it since I moved in and a year later it still isn’t replaced. Also constantly shutting the water off. Broken fridge and no repair… I would never recommend this place even if you were desperate.

The new management Lachelle and the others (apologies as I forgot your names) are very nice. The reviews in the past were from terrible management who were terrible people, but Lachelle is turning this place around and it will be a much better, nicer place to live. I've been here since the Summer of 2024 and Lachelle has been great. I hope she doesn't leave because this place may start going downhill again if she does. (older reviews of previous management) Things are going good so far and hoping they continue to stay this way and get better with time. One person can ruin it for everyone, all about hiring the right people. It's not a bad first apartment, but there is better for sure. The area isn't that safe, since it's next to MacArthur Park as well. In time though, hopefully the building improves and is updated as it really needs it.
