Cabana Southern is on E Southern Ave in far east Mesa near the Superstition Springs area. Arizona State University's Tempe campus is about a 54-minute drive west, so it's better suited to students commuting to ASU's east Valley locations. A quieter suburban spot on the edge of the Valley.
