Sara did such an amazing job at explaining everything. I felt so welcomed and at ease the entire time, she is definitely a professional and I recommend anyone that comes in to ask for Sara! The apartments are amazing and great prices as well!!

Very nice staff. Really friendly. As far as the apartment, we were looking for more specifics, like kitchen island, step in shower and assigned parking. Atmosphere and facility clean. Overall, was ok. We gave the community 3.5 stars for stuff mentioned we were looking for.

I recently moved in, and have been asked to share my experience via review. My first impressions of the property here is that it is quiet, friendly, community-oriented, and well-cared for by the staff who work here. The move-in process was extremely straightforward, especially where prices and expenses were concerned, and I felt like Shagufta, who helped me move in, was the most knowledgeable property manager I've ever encountered (I've lived at several properties here in the East Valley over the years). She has been kind, excellent with follow-up, and inviting to this community. I intend to update my review after living here awhile, and if first impressions are anything, I'm looking forward to my residence here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 I am very pleased with how smooth and swift the application and approval process was at Cabana! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Monica was incredibly helpful throughout the entire application and tour process—she answered all my questions with ease and really made me feel confident in my decision. On move-in day, Shagufta was just as amazing—super accommodating and supportive, especially when I ran into a few obstacles. One of the biggest perks was the 1-month free rent offer, which helped me out financially during the transition. The complex itself is very new, modern, and clean. I especially love that the apartment comes with an in-unit washer and dryer! No more trips to the laundromat or hauling clothes around! A small downside is the lack of elevators, which makes moving large furniture to the second or third floor a bit of a challenge. It would also help elderly residents who may struggle with stairs. Hopefully that's something the management considers in the future. Other than that, the complex is quiet, well-maintained, and secure with key fob access. I'm OBSESSED with the fact that there are no assigned parking spots; such a rare but amazing perk! Plus, the coffee station in the front office is a nice touch, and the on-site amenities like the gym and pool really round out the experience. I’d definitely recommend moving into Cabana. The sunsets and the mountain views are breathtaking! It has been a great place to call home so far!
