Accolade Minneapolis

I moved in during the spring semester because I was studying abroad, and the person I subleased from said they loved the building, so I was really looking forward to living here. From my experience so far, I’m genuinely so glad I chose this building as my first apartment. Not only is everything brand new, but they also have so many amenities that are actually high quality and well maintained. I toured the place over winter break, and the person who showed me around (I think her name was Arkia) helped me fill out the application which was super helpful. Since moving in, the management team has continued to be responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. I had an issue with my lease, and they called me every single day to make sure it was resolved which was so sweet and also the building itself is always clean, and you can tell they really put effort into creating a comfortable and modern living space. Overall, this has been such a great first apartment experience, and I would definitely recommend Accolade to anyone looking for a place in Minneapolis.

As a dad, all I care about is that my daughter is safe, comfortable, and close to campus — Accolade checks every box. The building is clean and secure, the location couldn't be more convenient for a college student, and her unit is way nicer than I expected. She loves it there and I sleep easy knowing that. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend to any parent looking for peace of mind.
