how these rankings workupdated monthly
These badges come straight from verified reviews on Find My Place, left only by people who’ve actually lived here. Each month we score every place in the market, and the highest-rated earn a spot. Rankings shift as new reviews come in, and we never take payment to move a property up.

The manager, Evie, at The Quad on Delaware is exceptional and remarkable to work with! Evie is very kind, helpful, respectful, and values students as tenants and values their families as well. She is also detailed orientated, and she is always available to answer any and all questions in a rapid response time. Our daughter had a great experience living at The Quad on Delaware. All of the people who work there are very respectful and helpful at all times. We highly recommend living at The Quad on Delaware because it is an outstanding living environment for all!
