Having a TRAX stop, Smith’s, Trader Joe’s, a gas station, a pharmacy, and a variety of restaurants all within a 15-minute walk is incredibly convenient. The apartment management is another highlight. Adriana and Rosa, the apartment managers, are incredibly knowledgeable, always friendly, and quick to provide accurate information. The maintenance team responds to requests quickly, usually within the same day, ensuring that any issues are promptly fixed. The cleaning staff also greets us each morning with a smile, making the atmosphere even more welcoming! Moda Bonneville truly stands out because of its well-maintained facilities and the people who work hard to keep it that way. I highly recommend this apartment!
see moreperfectly. I once had a minor issue with my door lock and requested maintenance. They responded very quickly and efficiently, resolving the problem right away. The location is also great. Smith’s, Trader Joe’s, Walgreens, and Maverik are all nearby, and the trolley station and bus stops are close as well. The leasing office managers are professional and friendly, especially Adriana, who has been incredibly helpful. She always responds to all my questions kindly and thoroughly, paying close attention to every detail. And I really like the cookies in her office. The cleaning staff is also very friendly, and I love how she greets residents every morning. Additionally, the apartment often hosts events, and I like them. So far, living in this apartment has been a great experience for me.
see moreThere are multiple grocery stores close by, a trax stop and bus stop about a block away and within walking distance to downtown. I haven't had any issues with noise, unresolved issues, or other nuisances that can be common when renting. The common areas remain clean and have nice finishes which make for great spaces to bring friends. Definitely would recommend if you are analyzing where to lease next.

Ever since she started working here, I can see how much better the facility is being looked after: carpets cleaned, garage cleaned, outdoor garden taken care, and so much more. She really tries to make it a home for the residents. The cleaning and maintenance staff are great, too. Whenever we have a problem that needs taken care of, they normally solve it within a day. NOISE: I wouldn't say the noise is so bad as some people say in their reviews. It's an apartment building, not a house, you should expect being able to hear your neighbors sometimes. It's nothing out of the ordinary and it never goes on past bed time. FACILITIES: the facilities are great, the gym is in a great condition. I love that there's a washing room for pets and bike storage - very convenient. LOCATION: it's very convenient, close to everything in the downtown area, walkable distance to everything you might need: Walgreens, Smith's, Trax stop, bus stop, bars, restaurants. The only thing I wish they could add is cleaning the windows. (And the view from those windows is amazing!) The windows are huge and there's no way I can clean it on my own safely. But I guess there isn't much they can do about it either. So it's not a huge deal. We love it here!
